The ringtone works but I can't hear my correspondent while he can hear me?? Please, a comment thank you

    Hello
    If your phone is connected to a box (internet phone), reset the box by cutting its power supply for about ten seconds.
    After the box returns, try your phone again.

        I checked and the call volume has five little squares, so at maximum, and still no voice from the caller.
