I can't hear my conversation partner on my phone.

Hello,    I have a problem with my phone; when I receive or make a call, I can't hear anything. To be able to hear my interlocutor, I have to use the speakerphone. How can I fix this issue????

Well no, I'm fine in normal mode and the ringtone volume is all the way up (by the way, that has never stopped working). However, I can't hear the sound of the keys either, even though the sound for that is at maximum.

check if you are not in car mode  --  knowledge is wealth only if it is shared

no I'm in normal mode, I can't listen to music anymore either but the ringtones for texts, calls, and alarms still work

It's good, it's checked... the sound is at max but there's no sound when I call or play music.
I noticed that sometimes there is a problem with the hands-free kit's plug and that it needs to be inserted and removed several times for the hands-free kit to disconnect properly. This might be it; having tried everything, even resetting the phone, I have no other option left.
