Hello, why when
I try to reach my friend on his mobile does it immediately say line busy but he receives my texts?

    Hello

    Ask him to check on his phone that he hasn't put you on the rejection list for calls... be careful, it has nothing to do with texts, one can block calls or texts interchangeably... if you come back here, let us know the brand and model of his phone if by chance he doesn't know how to do it.

      I don't have the brand, and he doesn't reply to the texts. Yesterday he told me it was okay for me to call, but he said the network might not be reliable.
