error message on incredimail Solved

Question

Hello, for about an hour now I've been getting an error message when I open Incredimail. I've been searching online but can't find much that helps. Here's the error message:  Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION (C0000005) - on reading from 04D7036E Faulting Offset: 0000427B Module: ImApp.exe  0000427B ImApp.exe  I've tried uninstalling Incredimail and reinstalling it, but it’s still the same, and it happens for both 2.0 and 2.5.  Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Hello, thank you for your response I have already uninstalled IncrediMail using Revo in advanced mode (as advised in another forum). And I'm on Windows 8.1

Hello;  Uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller is not enough, you need to do what is mentioned in my response above because Incredimail spreads everywhere and Revo doesn’t delete everything Windows 7 or Windows 8 >> Same structure  --  Please report if your problem is resolved by enabling this function in the designated area Best regards and see you soon

Hello;  I solved the same problem the day before yesterday by following exactly the instructions described above and had no issues reinstalling IncrediMail afterwards. This email software has the annoying habit of installing files everywhere, including in the registry (up to over 8000 keys ??). Do you have the option to create a restore point with a date prior to your problem to return to the configuration where IncrediMail was functioning? Are you using a free or paid version?
