Bug: Clash Of Clans won't start.

Hello, I really need help because for the past 2 days I haven't been able to connect to Clash of Clans due to a startup bug... Clash of Clans won't load.
- I open Clash of Clans, then the purple bar doesn't progress, so it gets stuck on startup. Please help meeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

    Disabling power-saving options on the phone resolves the issue in most cases. Also, check that you have enough available space on the phone and stop any apps running in the background.

    If that’s not enough, uninstall and then reinstall Clash of Clans (game data will not be lost if you use a Google account or Game Center).

    Optionally, restart the phone between uninstalling and reinstalling!^

      I’ve done this 5 times, and still the same problem... the loading works once in 50, sometimes it progresses, sometimes it stays at the beginning...

      I open Clash, it loads and then it crashes the game.
