Error message on incredimail

I think you uninstalled Incredimail incorrectly before reinstalling it >> I suggest you follow the procedure below to do this

1-Download Revo Uninstaller from this link

2-Once Revo Uninstaller is installed, launch this software and look for Incredimail2 (and only that) then uninstall in moderate mode
3-Open hidden files in Windows 7 >> If problems: See this link

4-Look for C:/ProgramData and in this folder delete IM and INCREDIMAIL (Only that)
4/1-In C:/Users/Owners/AppData/Local >> Delete IM (Only that)
5-Reactivate hidden files (so no longer displayed)
6-Open the registry by typing in the Windows search bar >> "Regedit"
6/1-Make a backup of the registry before any manipulation

7-Open this key HKEY_CURRENT_USER then Software and search for and delete the following files (And only these 3 files)
IM
IM Providers
Iminstaller Incredimail
8-Open this key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE then Software and search for and delete the following files (And only these 2 files)
Iminstaller
Incredimail
9-Close the registry
10-Incredimail should now be completely uninstalled
11-Download and install Ccleaner to clean the registry and obsolete files

12-Restart the machine

Uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller is not enough, you need to do what is mentioned in my response above because Incredimail spreads everywhere and Revo doesn’t delete everything
Windows 7 or Windows 8 >> Same structure

I solved the same problem the day before yesterday by following exactly the instructions described above and had no issues reinstalling IncrediMail afterwards.
This email software has the annoying habit of installing files everywhere, including in the registry (up to over 8000 keys ??).
Do you have the option to create a restore point with a date prior to your problem to return to the configuration where IncrediMail was functioning? Are you using a free or paid version?
