Peer search on uTorrent blocked.

Hello,

I have had a torrent on the uTorrent program for several days that remains on "looking for peers 0.0%".
When I go to "trackers" below, it tells me that I cannot download this file, only share it.
And this is the case with both of my pending files.

Everything was working fine before, what should I do?

I conducted a speed test, and it shows the following:
- Upload 1.7 Mbit/s
- Download: 21.2 Mbit/s
