Stuck at "pair search"

Hi everyone,

every time I download a torrent file, the file gets stuck at "looking for peers"

I've tested several files from different sites but none of them work.
I restarted my modem but that doesn't work either.

If someone could help me that would be nice :')

    I solved the problem, I launched CMD as an administrator and typed: "netsh winsock reset" then I restarted my computer and the problem was solved^^
