BitTorrent not downloading

Hello,
I installed BitTorrent (6.1.2), added a torrent to it and it doesn’t want to download. I’ve waited a few days and I’m at 0% while it's in a downloading state. In fact, I added 2 torrents, one has a blue arrow, the other a red one.
I have the Windows firewall and when I check it, BitTorrent is in the list of “allowed” programs (it seems to have set itself up automatically). My antivirus is Avira. Can anyone help me and tell me what I need to do for it to work, please?

There are several possibilities. Does your antivirus have a firewall (not the one from Windows)? If so, try adjusting its settings. The second possibility, and this is the problem with torrent downloads, is that sometimes it just doesn't work at all, and you have to resign yourself to that (if the server where the file is located is down). Or the last solution, but I don't think this is the case, is that it might not be able to download two torrents at the same time, so wait for the other one to finish.
