Hello,

Configuration: Windows Vista/ Chrome 28.0.1500.72;

I still have my internet access blockage despite multiple system restore phases, cleaning with CCleaner, Advanced System Care, resetting the TP/IP protocol key, rebooting my router while on ADSL cable... I don't know what else to do or how to regain internet access while I am connected... I still get the message: error 137... which appears;
who can help me??

    Hello,

    I recommend trying to perform 3 actions:

    - Reset your network card ( https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows?ui=en-US&rs=en-001&ad=US )

    - Reset the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) ( https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/299357/how-to-reset-tcp-ip-by-using-the-netshell-utility )

    - Clear the DNS cache for Windows ( https://korben.info/comment-nettoyer-votre-cache-dns-sous-windows-linux-et-mac.html )

    If these steps do not work, restore your computer to a previous date ( http://www.libellules.ch/restauration_system_vista.php )

      Hello,
      I've done all these manipulations, even the restore I had already done several days ago hasn't changed anything.. I just checked and removed the Download Accelerator Plus program that was still on my computer, I restarted: but still the error 137 online..
      I don't understand anything anymore..
      Thank you for giving me more solutions to be able to connect to the internet ..
      Best regards,
      Patrika
