Hello,
the error is currently appearing on my PS3, could someone tell me if it's general or just me???? Thank you

Configuration: Mac OS X / Firefox 3.6.9

    It's a PSN maintenance issue.

    maintenance from 11/18 5 PM to 11/19 2 AM, you'll have to be patient or connect before 5 PM, which is not my case......

    Before asking the same question 5000 times, read first and you will have the answer; so for the 5000th time, the PSN IS UNDER MAINTENANCE lol

      the same for me since 5 PM.. I read on another post that it happens when the PlayStation network is down, that's it!!

    Hello,

    I have the same problem; I just bought the console and I'm really disappointed. On other forums, they say that it's a maintenance issue with the PlayStation Network, we'll see...

    Indeed, I just bought a new PS3, it downloaded firmware 3.50 successfully, and as soon as I try to log in or even sign up for PSN, it displays error 80023017. I hope it’s just maintenance...

    A friend just logged on, he did at 6:30 PM and it works for him, and I've been trying for an hour and it's not working!!!

      Hi everyone, I just logged into my main account where I accepted the terms two days ago, but on my other accounts, I can't log in; it tells me that they are under maintenance. I'm lucky that my main account is working. Have fun playing everyone ;). For those who have Socom: Confrontation, my ID is Caraio42.

    I wasn't able to log into my ID at 6 PM,
    My little brother just logged into his a moment ago.
    Meanwhile, on my ID, I still have that damn error message >.<"
