Reader error - young stylist 5

Hello, When we try to use the game "Young Nature Stylist," we enter the game, and when we choose a stylist, the following error message appears: "error reader director-object expected -script error- continue?" I have been desperately trying to find a solution for 10 days. I have reinstalled Flash Player, QuickTime, and Shockwave. To no avail.
Our PC installation has the following specifications: Windows XP version 2002 Service Pack 2, 1.46 GHz, 640 MB of RAM
Thank you for helping me if you have managed to solve this kind of problem, I am at my wit's end.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    To resolve your Director error on Jeune Styliste 5, you can email us at contact@jeunestyliste.com, or call us (the game publisher) at 01 55 28 33 12 during business hours - ask for Charlotte or Gaëlle.
    Several thousand copies of the game are already in use and this problem has not occurred elsewhere.
    If you haven't done so already, uninstall the game by deleting the Jeune Styliste 5 nature directory and proceed with the reinstallation.

    just click yes, it works on almost all games and all versions
    I clicked yes in response to this question about once every time I played, so don't despair and click yes
