Phone hacking need help

Hello,

let me explain the situation: my boyfriend received a call from my number with 4 additional digits: +4433
according to what I've been told, the +44 would be foreign.

he answered the call, and the person on the other end said, "I'm messing with you."..

is this hacking or a joke???
I called my phone operator, and she told me to check online if there were similar issues..
she couldn't explain it to me, and I'm worried about my bills...
what should I do? how can I know if we're hacked?

    Your messages are old. However, since October 1st, I have been receiving calls on my mobile phone from the number 44330000000.
    I've blocked it, yet it continues, and sometimes I get voicemail messages where I can barely hear anything except for a man's voice...
    I don't believe it's a joke...
    Any ideas?

        I receive daily calls on my mobile phone from the number +4433
        the rest of the number changes each time and it keeps going and I sometimes get voicemails where I can hardly hear anything except for a man's voice that is transformed, it's not a joke because a complaint needs to be filed as everyone has the same issue and it's not funny at all, I THINK IT IS PHONE HACKING.

      Did you find a solution? I have the same problem as you, and how ADAM the numbers all start with this area code and change with each new call, it's starting to annoy me because I don't know where this could be coming from. We need to find a solution as quickly as possible because if it's hacking, the consequences could be serious. Thank you in advance.
