How does Facebook charge my account?!

Hello everyone.
For the past 2 weeks, my bank account has been charged 3 times under the name "facebook.com" and I have absolutely no idea why or how this is possible!

These charges appear on my statement as follows:

CB FACEBOOK.COM*XC FACT 111210 - €0.38
CB FACEBOOK.COM*ZH FACT 061210 - €0.30
CB FACEBOOK.COM*DP FACT 061210 - €0.37

Does anyone know what this is, where it comes from, or what to do?
I wasn't able to find out how to contact Facebook to get some answers..

Hello, have you entered your account number anywhere on Facebook? For ads or to buy credits!

Go to your Facebook profile

Account > Account Settings > Payments >

you should find something like

Credit Balance buy more
To purchase certain items and play games on Facebook.15
Credit Purchase History view
To see your recent Facebook Credits purchases.

Payment Methods manage
To buy Facebook credits and Facebook ads.

Preferred Currency change
View prices and make purchases in this currency. Euro

Check the history, and if there are no traces, contact your bank and block the withdrawals!

If Facebook believes it has the right to charge you, they will contact you!

Hello, I just discovered some withdrawals from one of my parent's accounts that date back several months... December to be precise, without having entered the credit card number even once. The amounts withdrawn are staggering.
I just want some clarification because I've seen that I'm not the only one in this situation. I am at your mercy for a response. The game in question is Farmeville.

Hello,

I have just been charged 0.75 cents.

It also states the following on my bank statement:

FACEBOOK.COM*ADS Card + my card number.

I have blocked my card and I am going to file a complaint. Be very vigilant. It seems to be a serious fraud.

Hello,

I had the same problem but of lesser magnitude, indeed I check my account via the web service and surprise, €2.39 charged via Facebook without my authorization since Facebook doesn't even have my bank details.

I also see on my statement that the amount was refunded 3 days later...

I called my customer service and explained everything, they can’t do anything beyond making a dispute, I refused for now, they strongly advise me to keep an eye on my account and call as soon as it happens again.

At La Banque Postale, online fraud is refunded up to €1000 without a complaint, above that you have to file a complaint. Also, starting from €150, there are fees...

It's a scam.

If you've never given your banking details, you need to file a complaint for credit card fraud and send a copy of the complaint to your bank to get reimbursed!

Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me, 700 euros!! via Facebook, even though I never gave my bank account details for my credit card! Fortunately, the bank will reimburse me but the damage is done, I only earn 1500 euros a month and the bank will refund me in 3 weeks! Honestly, these hackers don’t realize the harm they cause us!

It's good to know, because I also don't understand why it keeps the bank details in memory. My son played on the games with my account and clicked where he shouldn't have, and I ended up with 300 euros debited (well, yes, he clicked 3 times)!
I just disputed the purchase; I hope to be reimbursed.
But how do I remove my bank details?

  if you tell Facebook that your son who is 4, 6, or 10 years old clicked where he wasn't supposed to, they will tell you to read Facebook's terms of service. Indeed, Facebook is prohibited for anyone under 13 years old. So, it won't work if you explain this to FB.

In case of fraudulent withdrawal, invoke L 133-24 of the Monetary and Financial Code:

There is a maximum period of 13 (thirteen) months from the fraud to take action..
The bank cannot require a police report, but nothing prevents you from doing so!

Well, there have just been new withdrawals.. This time it's not just a few cents but 100€... I've blocked everything and I'm going to fill out the form to get reimbursed.
