Va dans l'onglet matériel, gestionnaire de périphériques,
A côté de contrôleur audio, vidéo, jeu, as tu un triangle jaune ?

D'après le message d'erreur , ça peut venir de la mémoire ? ( Je ne suis pas sûr )

oui pour la barrette service pack 3 le message seulement quand je veux installer se n est pas parce que utillise firefox
