Redémarrage en boucle intempestif

Bonjour,

Mon pc démarre. Windows se lance mais, lorsque mon bureau apparait, il plante de façon intempestive : le reboot se lance.

De plus, mon antivirus n'est plus accessible (bitdefender internet security 2009). Je suis actuellement en mode sans échec.

J'ai tenté de faire une analyse en ligne sur les différents sites (kaspersky, secure, etc) et impossible.

Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ?

ok mais je le ferai ce soir car je commence à 11 heures et je suis encore chez moi et pas pris ma douche mdrrr et je travaille au bout du monde lol lol lol

bon finalement j'ai fait le log mais j'ai eu un message avec OTL "access violation à l'adresse...." je ne me souviens plus quelle adresse

Il me vient une idée. Mon bitdefender ne voulant plus me laisser l'ouvrir, ne serait-ce pas dû à lui ? et je n'ai pas de moyen d'y accéder, il ne veut rien entendre. Impossible de l'ouvrir pour accéder aux paramètres

▶ Double clic sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.


▶Copie la liste qui se trouve en gras ci-dessous,

▶ colle-la dans la zone sous Customs Scans/Fixes :

Dis, c'est quoi ce 7wonder qui sort dans le log du scan stp ? je ne vois pas du tout à quoi ça peut correspondre ?

Que penses-tu du nouveau scan que j'ai fait ? Est-ce que d'après toi tout est clean ?

Je tenterai de le redémarrer normalement ce soir en rentrant. J 'espère que ça va le faire cette fois.

Je viens de tester après ces manips un redémarrage en mode normal.

Impossible. Il se comporte bien jusqu'à "windows est en cours de démarrage" et à partir de ce moment là, il se met à clignoter et il reboot. -(
