4x trojan detecté
bonjour je comnunique via mon ordinateur portable car mon ordi principal est infecté et je lai deconnect. de internet.
ce virus semble me bloquer l acces a mes programme .exe ce qui veut dire que je ne peux plus ouvrir avg antivirus ou bien l ajout ou supression de programme....
de plus il y a un pop up qui apparait genre toute les 1 a 3 seconde qui dit un avertisement rouge: application cannot be executed the file rundll32.exe is infected.do you want activate your antivirus softwave?
le probleme est qu un trojan semble avoir installer via un ficher .rar (meme pas dezipper et ca cest installer...)
et il a installer un truc non voulu : antimalware doctor ou un truc de meme que jai supprimer rapidment avec le ficher . rar. mais toute cette saloperie est belle et bien installer et m empeche deu tiliser l ordinateur...
il y a genre 4 a 5 analyse antivirus inconnu qui sont apparu quand jetait connecter a internet.
par ou commencer pour eliminer cette chose infecte?

bonjour,
d'abord je tien a préciser que depuis hier google ne fonctionne plus comme avant...
il semblerait que ce soit une copie de google mais en anglais. Donc il m'est imposible de l'utiliser car il m'apparait de faux résultat et me dirige vers des site sans but ( de pub genre ).
p.S jai passer antimalware bytes et ccleaner hier et j'ai fait le ménage (j ai peut etre moi meme enclencher le probleme...

1. Ad-Remover : Scan
Télécharge AD-Remover(créé par C_XX) sur ton Bureau.
* Double clique sur le fichier d'installation de AD-Remover, le programme s'installera automatiquement.
* Au menu principal, clique sur le bouton [Search] .
* Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...
* Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin. -

hoo!!!!!! YES!!!!! problème résolu (explorer fonctionne) sérieusement merci a toi et a tous vos conseil. tes explication était vraiment très très bien donné avec le sur lignage en gras et le fleche. Wow pour de l aide gratuite on ne peux pas mieux demander avec la qualité.
J'ai malheureusement un autre problème non pas cette fois sur les virus mais plutôt sur un problème vidéo (je sais pas si tu t y connais beaucoup) mais je trouve ce nouveau problème presque plus chiant que les virus lol. ceci ne viens pas des pilote graphique c est un bug assez étrange...
bref j ai expliquer du mieux que je pouvais ce problème ici: -
laisse tomber Sherred, apparemment il préfère galérer , en tout cas Vasil compliment pour ton explication , même s'il y a nettement + simple ....

=>>1: Tu peux passer l'option 2 (suppression) de Toolbar S&D .
=>>2: Pour nettoyer tes fichier temporaires télécharge CCleaner installe le ,ouvre le et clique sur Analyser puis sur Nettoyer ,tu pourra le conserver pour nettoyer régulièrement ton pc .
=>>3: Tu peux me poster un HijackThis ici sans passer par cijoint .

salut, j ai cru voir que pour rsit il faut que internet explorer fonctionne pour avoir accès a Hijackthis sinon l opération de télécharger hijackthis échoue. jai essayer comme 20x fois de l installer et pourtant j ai bien hijackthis sur mon ordinateur. Aussi j ai oublier de te dire je crois que le mode sans échec ne fonctionnais pas en tapant tu F8 ou F5 lorsque j avais tous ces virus.

Effectivement c pas sur a 100 % que kas le trouvent et le désinfectent , on doit en etre a 98 % ; )
Les gars de kas sont des tres bons , c quasi sur que ca va lui faire peter ces 4 pauvre trojans probablement codés par un naze ; ) -
Bonsoir , comment sais tu l'infection qu'il à encore sur son pc ? et que Kaspersky parviendra à la neutraliser ? , bien sur que Kaspersky est le meilleur antivirus payant (avis personnelle) mais c'est pas pour la cause qu'il conviendra pour les infections qui ce trouve certainement encore sur son pc , les auteurs d'outils ne ce casse pas le c** pour qu'il suffisse d'un antivirus pour tout nettoyer .
