Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

McAfee me signale une infection par Generic.dx qu'il ne me propose ni de supprimer, ni de mettre en quarantaine
apparement mon anti-virus ne peux rien faire.

J'ai passé CCleaner et Malwarebytes en mode sans échec. Malwarebytes n'a rien trouvé. J'ai également SpyBot - Search & Destroy d'installé sur mon micro mais rien n'y fait.

C'est tout ce que je sais faire Je suis débutant !!!!

La seule chose qui ne fonctionne plus pour l'instant est Internet Explorer, je ne peux plus sortir sur la toile. Il y a peut être d'autre problèmes de fonctionnements mais je n'ai rien vu d'autre pour l'instant.

Je recherche de l'aide, quelqu'un aurait t'il une solution pour me dépanner, tout en sachant que je suis débutant.

Dans le cas ou quelqu'un puisse m'aider à m'en sortir, que dois je faire par la suite pour que cela ne se reproduise plus ???

    salut,

    Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

    -> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

    -> Double clique combofix.exe.
    -> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
    -> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

    NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

    Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

    -> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

    -> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

    Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

    - Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

    /!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

    - En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

    - Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

    -> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

    -> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

    tu dois avoir mac afee non ?
    click droit sur son icone dans la barre des taches et choisie désactiver ou en anglais enable.

      Ton programme ComboFix a fait des merveilles !!!!! Je t'envoie la copie du rapport comme convenu.
      PAr la suite je souhaiterai que tu me conseilles sur mon anti-virus et comment éviter que cela se reproduise.

    supprime le !

    puis

    Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

    Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

    -> https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/

    Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

    Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

    Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

    Puis click sur "rechercher".

    Laisse le scanner le pc...

    Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

    si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

    A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

    Copie et colle le rapport stp.

      Non, j'ai pas KAZA, par contre j'ai déjà Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, je l'utilise depuis déja un peut plus d'un mois.
      Je l'ai passé il y a quelque jours il n'y avait rien trouvé.
      La seule chose que je ne faisais pas c'est de coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".
      Je vais recommencer un examen complet et je te poste le rapport.

    pour cela :
    Click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés;

    puis redemarre le pc et click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés;
    dans la nouvelle fenettre click sur l´onglet restauration systèm

    Paste Instructions for items to be moved.
    (ne touche à rien d'autre !)

    -> cliques sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
    -> laisses travailler l'outil ...

    ( Note : ton bureau va disparaitre puis réapparaitre, c'est normal .)

    -> une fois finis , un petite fenêtre s'ouvre : cliques sur " Yes " .

    Ton PC va redémarrer de lui même ...

    -->Postes le contenu du rapport qui se trouve dans le dossier "C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles"
    ( " xxxx2008_xxxxxx.log " où les "x" correspondent au jour et à l'heure de l'utilisation ).

      Là je ne suis pas chez moi, dès que je rentre je fais un rapport "HijackThis" et je te le transmet !!!
      Si je suis sortis de cette saloperie, j'aimerai que tu me conseilles pour me dire
      comment éviter que cela se reproduise, soit par l'installation d'un utilitaire digne de ce nom qui peut
      éviter ce genre de désagrément ou tout autre chose. Est ce que je dois changer d'anti virus ?? J'ai Mac Afee.

    garde nod32 il est tres bien

    installe ceci :

    c´est un resident, il suffit de le mettre a jour de temps en temps car la version gratuite ne le fait pas toute seul , une fois installé et mis a jour tu mets toutes les protections sur "enable"

    - propriétés
    - et dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur « désactivé ».
    - Ensuite si le "Status du service" est sur "Démarré" faire : « arrêté »

      Et bien que de chose à faire !!!
      Tu me dis que je n'ai pas de pare-feux., celui de XP ne fonctionne pas ???
      En ce qui concerne le pare-feux de Trend Micro, je ne comprend pas, car c'est mon ancien anti-virus, depuis j'en ai changé j'ai Mac Afee. Comment se fait t'il qu'il reste une ligne de commande Trend Micro ???

      Comme tu me l'as demandé, j'ai arrêter les services qui y sont affilié :
      PcScnSrv et TmPfw.

      Pour le reste je vais faire ça tranquillement, je te donne des news dès que j'ai fini.

    Le par feu de windows est une vrai passoire; c´est pour cela que je te propose d´autres alternatives, pour éviter que tu te réinfectes...

    Oui trend micro a laissé ses services quand tu l´as désinstallé, c´est comme ça, y en qui veulent pas partir lol
