PB Samsung Digimax S600 camera

Hello,
I have a Samsung Digimax S600 camera and when we put new batteries in it, we can only take 2 or 3 photos and then it beeps and displays "low battery".
We have tried different batteries, but it's always the same.

    Good evening, I have this problem with horizontal lines on my photos for a while... and when I turn off my camera, it doesn't turn back on, but the light blinks and you can hear a little noise inside the camera... If someone has any answers, please let me know!

      we charged them well at the beginning and since then they work perfectly
