Samsung S630 Camera Zoom

Hello,

For Christmas [ It's been super long, I admit xD ], I got a digital camera, a Samsung S630 [ Black, for those who like details ], and when I make videos, when I zoom in, during the zooming [ I admit, I sometimes invent words =D ], there's no sound, you see what I mean?

How can I make the sound stay while I'm zooming!? xD

    Hello! I have a problem with my Samsung S630 camera; I can't turn it on anymore. At first, I thought it was the batteries, but it's not that since I tried new ones and it still doesn't turn on. Does anyone have an idea of what the problem could be, and if anyone has experienced this before, it would be great if you could reply!

      Hello
      I also just had the same problem. I can't turn on my Samsung S630 device since I changed the rechargeable batteries. When I put in other batteries, I heard a crackling noise in the device and since then I can't turn it on. I put in other batteries and every time the lens would extend by one millimeter. Now it is extended and won't retract. When I put in batteries and press the power button, the light flickers on briefly and nothing happens.
      Can someone help me?

      I have exactly the same problem when I try to turn it on, it makes BEEP BEEP BEEP and the zoom is out a few millimeters.

      your zoom block is stuck

      send it to customer service, note that it may possibly be excluded from warranty as a stuck zoom is often due to shock to the device

    You need to go into the menu, then there should be several options regarding sound, including the one for zoom. I don't remember very well because the good (SAMSUNG ES80 camera), when I turn it on, I hear the zoom trying to come out and it goes BEEP BEEP BEEP and this message appears for 30 seconds: "The zoom did not function correctly. Please reinsert the battery and turn the camera on. If the camera does not work properly, avoid applying too much pressure and contact customer service."
