Standard multilingual Canadian keyboard missing

Hello there!
I have always used the standard multilingual layout for my keyboard, but I have often seen and have always given up in front of the said situation, versions of Windows XP that only have standard French, which causes incredible inconveniences.
So, what I am looking for is some sort of patch that I can use myself and give to all my friends who are plagued by this infamous problem. Something that can add the standard multilingual layout file to XP versions that have "left it aside" (those little rascals) O_o.
I sincerely hope for a quick response because I am close to the point where my keyboard, as sturdy as it may be, could accidentally become a half-keyboard or even more divided than that.

(additional info: Canadian multilingual standard: this famous keyboard where the at symbol is under shift + 2, the grave accent is above enter, the grave accented e's are done automatically, as well as the cedilla c's, the slash and backslash are next to one (shift for backslash) and other perks unavailable in the standard French mode)

Configuration: Windows XP (newer than sp2)) Internet Explorer 6.0

Just go to Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages and click on Details
The Text Services and Input Languages window will appear. Then choose the Canadian Multilingual Standard keyboard (in your case) or, if it's not in the list of installed services, Add.... Then insert your XP disk to install it.
