Hello,

I'm looking to merge a video with its French subtitles (I already know how to play them together, no problem), in order to burn the VOSTFR video onto a DVD. I'm using VLC.

I followed the instructions from another forum:
File > Open file (advanced) > enter video file and subtitle file > check Stream/Save > Settings > check Subtitles Overlay > OK

However, nothing starts once I've done all that. Do you know how to proceed?
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.14

Next time, search a bit; there are plenty of tutorials for this kind of operation.

Good luck.

Hi, I also have a problem with adding subtitles to videos. Well, my issue is that once I’ve added the subtitles and they appear with the video, when I close the file and reopen it, the subtitles disappear and I have to add them again... I’ve already looked at several topics on the subject but I haven’t found an answer, can you help me??? Please...
