Hello everyone, I recently subscribed to Filmo TV via the Prime Video app. Gradually, for some movies (not all), the subtitles are out of sync with the audio.

This happens on the TV and the tablet, so it's not related to the device being used.

Do you know if any settings are possible?
Is it possible to contact Amazon about this?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,

On Prime Video, there are very few options to configure the audio or subtitles. You can only choose from the available options. So I fear you won't be able to do much...

Personally, I had "contacted" (better to leave a comment) Amazon Prime's services on Facebook regarding an issue with missing subtitles on series, and they responded to me quickly (in fact, the "Amazon Help" person just forwarded my request to the relevant department and I never heard back...) : https://www.facebook.com/PrimeVideoFR
They should also be on other social networks like Twitter, for example.

Otherwise, try contacting Amazon's Customer Service (chat or by leaving your phone number) by logging into your account: https://www.amazon.fr/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=559912&ref_=footer_gw_m_b_cs
The customer service can be reached at 08 00 94 77 15 for free.

Good luck anyway ;-)

Best regards

Hi! Thanks for your reply. I contacted the Prime Video service by phone to report the issue and they are supposed to call me back but I haven't heard anything.
I feel like the additional services offered (extra channels) are lacking.
Moreover, the subscription to the Filmo TV channel is a bit of a scam because we don't have access to the paid catalog.

Thanks for your help anyway.
