I signed up on the Tiime free platform for electronic invoicing but I’m having some issues: I cannot enter my income. I’m a micro-enterprise and I can only record my expenses. If you could help me... I can’t reach you by phone and by email the response will take 2 weeks...

    Hello,

    Generally speaking, free products do not include telephone support, sometimes even for commercial products, only paid.

    Subscriptions are made on protected accounts (especially for management products, given the sensitive data involved), so I doubt that a member or visitor on a forum could access the server or fix an issue on an online service.

    Another participant, who might have received an answer from the company, may be able to provide some guidance.
