Bluetooth mouse connection issue

Hello,

I have a problem with connecting and installing a Bluetooth mouse. This mouse had been working fine for a long time. After not using it for a while, when I wanted to put it back into service, it was no longer recognized. I uninstalled the mouse, and when I tried to reinstall it, it was detected by Bluetooth, but the HID drivers for keyboards, mice, etc., returned an error as soon as I tried to check the box (Bluetooth service error - access denied). And the mouse icon in Bluetooth devices no longer appears after closing.

I tried the mouse and the Bluetooth dongle on another PC, and it works very well. I reinstalled the drivers, but the same problem persists. I connected another mouse that uses the same drivers, and the other mouse works, but the Bluetooth mouse does not.

Does anyone have any idea???

Thanks.

"To solve the problem:
- Click on 'Start' -> 'Control Panel'
- 'Administrative Tools' -> 'Services'
- Right-click on 'Bluetooth Support Service'
- 'Properties'
- 'Log On' tab
- Select 'Local System Account' instead of 'This Account'
- Ok
- Right-click on 'Bluetooth Support Service'
- 'Restart'
There you go."

Since I did this, my Seven can’t even find my mouse anymore. Yet under Linux, no problem. Before that, I was getting an error at connection time. Please help me, or at least tell me how to revert the value to default for the service called 'Bluetooth Support Service,' which is now set to Local System, whereas before it was the other option to select... but when I try to change it back, it won’t start the service anymore.

I hope I was clear, my USB mouse is giving up on me, so I need this one, which has always worked perfectly under Linux and Vista. (It's a Connectland)."

Type "NT AUTHORITY\LocalService" in "This account" and remove the password.
