Hello,
I'm jumping into this topic because it sounds like my situation.
I have an iMac running Mountain Lion, but I got tired of the Magic Mouse (which everyone praises) that constantly needs battery changes, not to mention it often triggers page jumps or other unwanted "movements" that make me lose the work I've just done online. How many times have I had to rewrite a comment/evaluation/question because some mouse movement erased everything!
So, I bought a mouse that was supposedly compatible with Mac, but it seems it isn't recognized. It's a "wireless mouse with no batteries or charging base" with a plug-and-play system. The mouse charges via USB port. The brand is DIGiTZ and it's an EZMouse.
Is there a way to get it recognized, or should I return it?
Thank you for your insights.
Was this mouse supplied with a laptop case?
Check under the mouse for a reference.
