Change the language on my PC

Hello, I would like to know how to change the language on my PC, all commands and directives are in English, I want it in French.

    Hello,

    In Settings, Language... (Add a language)

    But it would be better to reinstall Windows from scratch in (French Canada) so there are no errors.

    Use the link to download the Windows ISO file to create a USB drive (8 to 16GB minimum) to update, repair, or install Windows

    When you have the Windows ISO file, you can create a Bootable USB drive with Rufus or Ventoy

    In GPT mode for EFI

    Start it using the PC Boot Menu key

    We can search on Google for "[Brand Model] Boot Menu Key"

    Click (If prompted): Previous version of the setup

    Choose "Custom installation" (Not upgrade)

    Not required to format if there is space, if there is data, it will end up in a Windows.old folder (Which will automatically delete after 10 days)

    Install on the same partition, or, if you prefer, delete all system partitions and create a new one (Deletes data).

    Ethernet disconnected, when Windows asks you to connect to a WiFi network, press Shift+F10 and type: oobe\bypassnro

    Choose (I don’t have Internet)
