My MacBook Pro doesn't detect my Bluetooth mouse

Hello,

I have a MacBook Pro, OS X 10.6.6, equipped with Bluetooth technology. It works; it detects my smartphone.

I just bought the Bluetooth mouse: Connectland S-CNL-MS-148RF-BT

Unfortunately, I cannot see it in the Bluetooth devices, so I can't connect it.

Does anyone know if it's a version issue or something else? I emailed Connectland before ordering it, and they replied that it would work.

Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    Have you activated Bluetooth?
Go to the Apple menu in the top left corner of the window, then System Preferences => Bluetooth => Turn on Bluetooth
Also click on "Show Bluetooth in the menu bar," so you'll have a command directly at the top of your screen.

Thank you, I found the solution. Simply, the batteries weren't charged enough to emit a proper signal... Too simple to figure out right away.

      Thanks again ;)

That's good. In principle, there is a green light, right?
