Bonjour,
Et pardonnez-moi d'ores et déjà si mon post ressemble à bien d'autres, mais vous verrez, je m'en suis servie ! =) Voilà mon problème : hier encore, j'étais infestée de virus, spywares et autres réjouissances en tout genre. Les plus visibles m'envoyaient des pop-ups (>.<) : adzgalore et cpmsky. J'ai bien galéré, mais je crois avoir réussi à les supprimer grâce à SuperAntiSpyware qui a été le seul à le détecter. Pour info, j'ai fait une analyse avec :
- Avast!
- housecall.trendmicro.com
- Windows Defender
- Spybot S&D
qui m'ont certes chacun trouvé des problèmes, mais jamais ceux-là. Bref. Aujourd'hui, en allumant mon PC, me voilà avec un joli petit message d'erreur, comme quoi : C:/WINDOWS/system32/{2572b959-2827-dc9d-35ca-c50024700e7f}.dll est manquant. J'ai tout d'abord exécuté Registry Mechanic, j'ai fait une belle petite réparation, redémarrer, mais rien. J'ai vu sur d'autres posts qu'un tel DLL n'en est pas vraiment un... Alors j'ai exécuté HiJackThis, en le renommant et tout, et voilà le rapport :

- ESET Smart Security(Microsoft ® Windows® Vista/XP/2000 - 32bit) si tu as une idée de ce qu'un firewall est et comment on donne/interdit les autorisations
ou bien
- ESET NOD32 Antivirus 3.0 (Microsoft ® Windows® Vista/XP/2000 - 32bit) dans le cas contraire (on va s'occuper du pare-feu plus tard)
Une fois le téléchargement fini:
1. installe nod32
2. à la fin de l'installation, fais une mise à jour (tu doubles cliques sur l'oeil vert ou rouge qui apparaît dans la barre des tâches à côté de l'heure, une fenêtre va s'ouvrir: sur le menu de gauche, fais Setup et clique à droite sur Update virus signature databse; attends un peu, à la fin tu verras Version of virus signature database 3161 (20080605) ou plus grande sur le panneau de droite)
3. fais une désinstallation d'AVAST et redémarre en mode sans échec sans prise en charge du réseau
4. Ouvre maintenant nod32, vas sur Computer scan à gauche, ensuite sur Custom Scan à droite; une fenêtre va s'ouvrir. Elle s'appelle "Custom scan"
-Scan profile = In-depth scan
-Scan target = Operating memory + tous les disques durs (déconnecte en préalable les éventuels périphériques de stockage externe comme disques durs/clefs USB)
- clique sur le bouton Setup en bas de cette fenêtre, une nouvelle fenêtre s'ouvrira
- Objects: coche tout
- Options: coche tout
- Extensions: vérifie que la case Scan All files est cochée
- Other: coche tout sauf Log all objects
Fais OK, cette fenêtre se fermera
Dans la fenêtre "Custom scan" que tu avais ouverte, clique sur le bouton Scan et attends jusqu'à la fin, ça peut prendre plus d'une heure en fonction de la puissance de la machine et du nombre des fichiers à scanner. Si tu as des alertes pendant le scan, essaie dans cet ordre: quarantine, delete file, leave file (ou do nothing).
Si des anomalies se produisent pendant le scan (genre on te dit qu'il y a un virus et tu ne peux pas le supprimer ni le mettre en quarantaine, note ces anomalies)
Redémarre en mode normal et poste ici les éventuelles anomalies détectées + le nom des fichiers en quarantaine s'il y en a.

Si tu fais une recherche de adzgalore-remove.exe dans %SystemRoot%\System32, est-ce qu'il te trouve qqch? Fais la recherche avec l'inclusion des fichiers cachés.
Sinon, dans Ajout/Suppression des programmes, aurais-tu un truc appelé "Browser Optimizer Adzgalore" ou autre chose lié à Adzgalore?

J'ai fait un scan avec Nod32 comme demandé, il n'a pas pu analyser des fichiers parce qu'ils étaient "verrouillés" ou "manquants"... Il y en avait trop pour que je puisse les lister ici. Quant au rapport, j'ai jamais réussi à le copier... (>.<) Enfin bref... J'ai cherché les fichiers que tu m'as demandé, sans résultat. Je sais pas trop ce que je peux faire d'autre, la seule chose que je peux certifier, c'est que dès que j'ouvre Spybot et que je lance un scan, il trouve toujours "RightMedia" que je répare à chaque fois, et qui revient tout aussi vite. Je ne sais pas à quoi ça correspond ni s'il y a un rapport...
OK, il est tout à fait normal qu'un antivirus ne puisse ouvrir des fichiers vérouillés (généralement des fichiers système protégés), donc cela n'est pas une inquiétude. Par contre, je n'ai pas encore vu nod rapporter un fichier "manquant" ?
Si tu as laissé nod aller jusqu'au bout de sa tâche:
1. est-ce qu'il t'a demandé de supprimer / mettre en quarantaine des choses au moment de l'analyse?
2. est-ce qu'il y a des éléments dans la quarantaine de nod?
3. est-ce que tu utlises Yahoo? ils ont racheté RightMedia pour faire de la pub, rien de méchant, apparamment, juste ennuyeux
Nous allons également essayer autre chose (si tu as laissé nod32 finir le nettoyage et il n'a rien trouvé, je veux RAS aux points 1. et 2. ci-dessus):
Essaye de télécharger Firefox ici:
http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/products/firefox/
Installe-le normalement, dis-lui de ne rien importer depuis Internet Explorer.
Une fois Firefox installé, ouvre-le et clique sur Tools/Add-ons (enfin, pour la version fr tu devrais avoir Outils/Modules, je ne sais pas commment Add-on a été traduit en fr. C'est le 3ème élément du menu Outils, en dessous de Download (Télécharger). Ceci t'ouvrira une fenêtre, clique sur Get Extensions en bas à droite ==> page Web. Tape "adblock plus" dans le champ de recherche et clique le bouton Search. Le premier résultat affiché devrait être le bon (avec une image "ABP" insérée à l'intérieur d'un panneau rouge genre STOP). Cliques sur "Add to Firefox". Une petite fenêtre s'ouvre, après quelques secondes le bouton "Install Now" en bas de cette fenêtre devient actif, clique-le ==> une autre fenêtre te montre le déroulement de l'installation, clique Restart Frefox à la fin de l'installation.
Ouvre à nouveau Firefox et fais CTRL+SHIFT+E (=configuration Adblock Plus). Tu devrais avoir trois éléménts dans cette fenêtre:
- Filter subscription: Liste FR + EasyList

A chaque clic pour t'abonner, il y aura une petite fenêtre de dialogue, fais OK.
Ferme Firefox, rouvre-le. Essaie maintenant de voir:
1. si tu as encore des pubs sur les pages qui en contiennent (euh, je ne peux pas te donner un exemple de telle page, car sinon mon message sera supprimé :)). Comparer avec la même page affichée sous IE
2. si tu as encore les soucis adzgalore sous Firefox

Si tu as laissé nod aller jusqu'au bout de sa tâche:
1. est-ce qu'il t'a demandé de supprimer / mettre en quarantaine des choses au moment de l'analyse?
2. est-ce qu'il y a des éléments dans la quarantaine de nod?
3. est-ce que tu utlises Yahoo? ils ont racheté RightMedia pour faire de la pub, rien de méchant, apparamment, juste ennuyeux
Nous allons également essayer autre chose (si tu as laissé nod32 finir le nettoyage et il n'a rien trouvé, je veux RAS aux points 1. et 2. ci-dessus):
Essaye de télécharger Firefox ici:
http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/products/firefox/
Installe-le normalement, dis-lui de ne rien importer depuis Internet Explorer.
Une fois Firefox installé, ouvre-le et clique sur Tools/Add-ons (enfin, pour la version fr tu devrais avoir Outils/Modules, je ne sais pas commment Add-on a été traduit en fr. C'est le 3ème élément du menu Outils, en dessous de Download (Télécharger). Ceci t'ouvrira une fenêtre, clique sur Get Extensions en bas à droite ==> page Web. Tape "adblock plus" dans le champ de recherche et clique le bouton Search. Le premier résultat affiché devrait être le bon (avec une image "ABP" insérée à l'intérieur d'un panneau rouge genre STOP). Cliques sur "Add to Firefox". Une petite fenêtre s'ouvre, après quelques secondes le bouton "Install Now" en bas de cette fenêtre devient actif, clique-le ==> une autre fenêtre te montre le déroulement de l'installation, clique Restart Frefox à la fin de l'installation.
Ouvre à nouveau Firefox et fais CTRL+SHIFT+E (=configuration Adblock Plus). Tu devrais avoir trois éléménts dans cette fenêtre:
- Filter subscription: Liste FR + EasyList
- Filter subscription: ABP TrackingFilter
- Filter subscription: EasyElement
