Reset Acer Aspire PC factory settings

Hello, I would like to reset my Acer Aspire M3640 to factory settings. It's a computer purchased in April 2008, and I absolutely need to restore it to like-new condition as I want to give it to my daughter. Thank you.Configuration: Windows Vista

Hello,

At the startup of the Acer page, you need to press the Alt and F10 keys at the same time; this will launch the recovery that is in the hidden partition. This will perform a factory reset as if it were new, the C: drive will be formatted.

Hello,

I just acquired an ACER ONE and I think I made a mistake during the first launch because my computer is set only in English and I can't go back. How can I fix this? There's a disk provided but no drive. Will I need to buy an external CD drive?
It's running on LINUX

I read your advice on how to reboot the computer. As for me, I have the same issue after a system restore.
The computer won't restart and takes me to a system recovery options page, asking for a password that I don't have. What can I do? Thank you in advance for the responses.
