Hello,
I have an Acer Aspire 5710Z laptop, it crashed and I would like to access the recovery partition to restore factory settings.
However, I don't remember which key combination I need to use to access it, I tried ALT+F10 but it's not it!

Home cinema: Sound YES... but good sound!!

Hi Pikouik
I think that's right: Alt+F10
If that doesn't work, check in the BIOS that Recovery is set to Enabled.
At startup, press F2 and take a look in the Main. After setting it to Enabled, restart by pressing Alt+F10
I hope that's the issue...
Let me know if that's it.

So I reinstalled with the factory version using the Vista DVDs I burned when I bought it.
