Pb antivir parapluie pas ouvert!!!

Bonjour,
alors je viens de mettre a jour mon antivirus qui est antivir
mais le probleme c'est que le parapluie ne s'ouvre plus
je n'arrive pas à l'activer malgré le fait de l'avoir 'start' cad alummé
sinon le reste marche cad que j'arrive a analyser des fichier sauf le plus important
merci de m'aider!!!!
est ce du a la mis a jour????

je viens de faire la désinstalationet la réinstalation mais malheureusement jai tjr le gard qui é désactivé.

au fait quand ce matin jai mis a jour j'ai eu une fenetre totalement différente que celle d'avant...
et c avira antivir personal - free antivirus

télécharge bit defender total security 2008 il est le meilleure il protege ton ordi internet spam etc......si tu vois d panneaux truc genre machin truc essaye de se connecter ou ote choze fo mettre oui appart si c pa toi ki la louvert !
justement, quand je clik sur start service, le guard ne s'active pas c'est rouge et c'est écrit help a coté.
j'ai essayé ds le mode sans echec et ça ne marche tjr po

dans ta barre des taches.clique droit sur ton parapluieet regarde si:antivir guard est cocher

alors, j'ai le pare feu de windows c tout sinon g ccleaner et avg mais je viens tout juste de le désinstaler
pare feu windows,excuse moi, mais non!tres mauvais!
moi je te conseille zone alarme(gratuit):ZoneAlarm
avant de l installer,desactive le pare feu windows.
ensuite zone alarme et passe ccleaner.
a mon avis tu as des virus et/ou spyware;mais ca on verra apres

dslé mais j'arrive pas. je télécharge une premiere fois ensuite je met a jour enfin je désintalle.
apres pour la 2nd fois je fais exactement la mm chose: j'installe (mm lien, mm site) tout marche . je met a jour et la ça pose pb sa bug on diré je c po

il faut aller sur le site de l'éditeur
