Hello,
Let me introduce myself first "Etoile84" and I would like to thank all the people who take the time to kindly respond to me and I congratulate the creators of this site.
I just formatted my hard drive and reinstalled CIEL Building Solution 2007. I am working on Vista and when I try to open Ciel Compta with my new registration key, it displays the following message: "error: access denied (0x00000005) File: C:\ProgramData\Ciel\Common data\pdf.dll" then the software closes, so I can no longer work on it. Could someone help me?

While searching more on the site, I found the answer to my question: right-click on the Ciel icon and select "Run as administrator"... and it works. Thank you very much for helping me find the solution. Next time I will take more time to read, but it is true that since yesterday noon I’ve been trying to fix this and I was starting to get overwhelmed.

Thank you for the information. I just received this message when activating "use online printer" (for my network printer), and indeed I had the same command running as an admin and it works (just in case others have the same issue).
Thanks again to those who responded; it saved me a waste of time over a small detail.

I had the same problem and you got me out of this deadlock!
Long live knowledge sharing.
