Hello,
I have a problem with the reopening of the 2015 exercise with Ciel Compta 16. When I click "Reopen," the following message appears:
"Operation impossible, there are still open tables in the database." Please close all processes connected to the database and try again? Apparently, the "utilities" don't fix anything at all... not even a data restoration! Has anyone encountered this type of error and does anyone have a solution to propose?

Okay, I just found the solution, and if this can be useful to someone, I'm happy:
1- So we start by backing up the data for the current year (2014), with the last action being the closure of the fiscal year.
2- You need to completely uninstall Ciel accounting... and once you have taken care to delete the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ciel\Compta... proceed to a complete registry cleaning with CCLEANER for example.
3- After a system restart, reinstall Ciel accounting and, if necessary, restore the company... because by default, you will find your old data!
And that's all done...!
