et tu sur que c branché et as tu essayé de télécharger les pilote pour ta carte ?

slt merci de mavoir ou est ce que je pe télécharger les driver de ma carte son (je ne sui pas tres fort en informatique)

quel driver doi je télécharger?

Va sur ma-config.com.
Laisse-le plugin analyser tout ton matériel.
Ensuite dis nous le nom de la carte son.

Si vous cliquez sur "Télécharger les drivers," trouve-t-il un driver pour la carte son ?
Si oui, téléchargez le driver.
Si ça ne marche toujours pas après ça, alors c'est un problème matériel (càd un problème au niveau de la "carte" en elle-même, et non un problème logiciel)

Essayez de telecharger Realtek High Definition Audio...
Ca marche pour la plupart des cartes sons.
