My PC won't start.

I just bought a new processor for my PC; it's a project I've been working on for a month, which is to buy a desktop PC. It's a Lenovo H50 that contains an i3 6100 and a GT 720. Anyway, I upgraded the graphics card to a GTX 1060 3GB, added a new, more powerful power supply, and 8GB of RAM. So far, everything was working very well, but today I just received my new processor, an i5 9400F. Once installed and everything reconnected, when I try to start the PC, all the fans spin but stop after a second. However, when I remove the new processor and put the old one back in, everything works and the PC starts up. I even tried the new processor with the old power supply and the old graphics card, but it still doesn't work. I also removed one stick of RAM out of two, and it still doesn't work. So I'm starting to believe that the processor has a problem, or maybe the motherboard, but I don't see what problem it could have since everything works perfectly with the old processor.
