Last seen on WhatsApp not updating

Hello everyone,
I exchanged messages with a contact on WhatsApp at 10:37 AM. We exchanged again the same day at 4:15 PM.
Since then, my messages are no longer being delivered (only one grey tick), but I can still see their profile picture and their last seen time is still 10:37 AM.
My question is: am I blocked or not, since I can see their profile picture but their last seen time has remained at 10:37 AM even though we exchanged messages at 4:15 PM?

Thank you for your response. However, the exchange took place on Friday the 11th and I doubt there has been a network issue for so long. Additionally, I have another contact whose photo and time I can also see, but which remains at 1 gray check. For the other contacts, everything is normal.

If you still see your contact's profile picture and your messages have only one gray checkmark, it means your messages are sent but not delivered.
