Yesterday I wanted to install Windows 10, everything went well, it finished installing, I was on my desktop and I was doing what I had to do.

Then I turned off the computer and when I want to turn it back on it performs a system repair, followed by a diagnostics and finally it asks me if I want to restart or go to advanced options.

If I restart it does the same, if I start in safe mode it’s the same, impossible to do a restore as it can’t find any restore points, unable to downgrade the operating system, that doesn’t work, impossible to reset, ...

I don't know what to do anymore, I searched other forums and they talk about going to F2 or F8 but in any case all the suggested manipulations don't work.

When troubleshooting a PC, remember that you always need to check what you're starting with. Anyway, since you have access to the command prompt, start by taking photos of each command series:

1. The result of diskpart:

diskpart
list disk
list volume
select disk 0
list partition
exit

2. bcdedit

bcdedit /v

3. reagent (modify the letter c according to the result of list volume)

c:
cd windows\system32
reagentc /info

4. The registry

cd config
dir s*
cd regback
dir s*

From there, we will see what we’re starting with. Better to begin by trying to repair.

And for your information, Toshiba laptops running W7 use the F8 key to launch the recovery partition. I incorrectly refer to it as a partition, because on Toshiba, the recovery image is just a folder among others in partition D. Not easy to deal with. If W10 has left the boot partition intact, as well as partition D, we have a small chance of launching it if we fail to repair W10.
