Colissimo delivery, not received

Hello,

I was supposed to receive a package on Tuesday, June 10, but the Colissimo tracking now says your package cannot be delivered due to an exceptional situation beyond our control. When I contact Colissimo or La Poste by phone, I’m told to wait as my package is in transit, and it can only be marked as lost after 21 days. I wanted to know if you have ever had a similar situation and, despite the incorrect tracking on Colissimo, you eventually received your package?

It has now been 11 days since the tracking was last updated on the Colissimo website.

    Hello.

    Some may receive it, others may not, so it's random; each case is a particular case. If the package is lost, a claim can only be made once the 21-day deadline has passed.
