Instagram account missing

Hello,
A few days ago, I opened Instagram to post something and found that I had been logged out. No problem, I’ll just log back in. I’m greeted with "incorrect password," which is strange, and when trying to change my password, I’m asked to confirm via SMS (which is normal), then I’m asked for a second verification key that I never created? And a backup key I’ve never heard of? I tried asking my friends to access my account and surprise, my page has disappeared.
Some friends can see my account and my profile picture, others can only see my account and my bio, and I can't find my account at all. It isn't even in the list of people I follow on my other accounts. (Also, when I tried to log in on a browser on iOS and PC, I received the message "account does not exist.")
But it makes sense that the password recovery options don’t work since my account has simply vanished.
I have received no message from Instagram, I don’t even know if it’s the META team that deleted my account or if I’ve been hacked.
I don’t see any online form to contact Instagram.
Do you have any idea what’s going on and what I should do to recover my account?
Thank you

Hello,
It's a recurring question on the CCM forum, you should check with the help available on Instagram's (and Facebook's…) support, that's the only option in this area for information.

Thank you
I obviously browsed the web and forums before posting, but the only solutions offered concern password recovery or accounts banned by Instagram.
Nothing regarding an account deleted without any explanation.

Hello
Given the situation you're describing, it really sounds a lot like a hacking... and then an account deletion by Instagram (because the hacker probably had inappropriate behavior).
And if it's hacking, it's normal that you receive no information since everything goes to him (and not to you).I doubt you'll be able to recover it...

Did you see this form: https://www.instagram.com/hacked/?

From what I see on other forums, when you get this message "account does not exist," it means that the account has been permanently disabled by Instagram (which aligns with my first post).
After the FAQ says that you might be able to appeal, but there is no form, just this:
If you think your account was disabled by mistake, you may be able to contest the decision by opening the app, entering your username and password, and following the instructions displayed on the screen.
But if it doesn't work for you or if it leads to nothing, you have to assume that it's dead... I'm quite skeptical that an email will lead to anything (everything is always very closed off with social networks... you can't talk to real people).
Can't you recreate an account either?

yes that's exactly what I'm saying... ;)
this kind of response always leaves me puzzled (hence my reflection).
I was reading a testimony (in English) this morning on a forum where someone explained that they had tried to contact Instagram by all means (including all the emails found online) and that they never received a response (just standard replies from robots or automatic stuff)... -
