Unable to create Instagram account

Hello everyone,

When I try to create an Instagram account on my smartphone, I get the following error message: "Too many accounts have been created from this device."
What can I do to fix this?
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, and deleted the data, but it hasn't helped.

    Hi, you need to go to settings > account and then delete all the Instagram accounts and create a new one; it should work.

      Hello, thank you for your response; however, I'm using Bluestacks (Google Play emulator on PC), and when I go to the settings, I don't have an Instagram account added, or at least I don't have access to it...

      Hi, I have the same problem. My sua'd, I go to settings, then accounts, and there are only my 2 Google accounts. What should I do?
