Good evening,

Despite the cartridge changes, our printer still shows an error state E4. We are unable to get it to work again.

What should we do?

Hello,

The E04 error indicates that the FINE cartridge is not installed or is not installed correctly. Please make sure all packaging has been removed and try reinstalling the cartridges to see if that resolves the issue.

Hello to both of you,

Have you reset your ink cartridge? On the Canon, error E4 also indicates an empty ink.
