E5 ERROR ON CANON MP 160 PRINTER

Good evening everyone...

I have a CANON MP 160 printer that was working very well until, unexpectedly after turning it on, it started flashing everywhere, displaying an error E5 (alternately the E and the 5)... The PC tells me that the black cartridge is not recognized, yet it is an original one.. I replaced it with a new one and the same problem occurred! Of course, it just turned one year old in January and so....! ;(
If anyone has any idea what I can do, although with the few buttons there are, I'm not sure if anything is feasible.
The worst part is that having bought a new cartridge and both the ones in place being recent, I'm almost forced to buy another one on which I can put my cartridges...!

I also have the same problem: overnight I got an E5 error message popping up and there's no way to fix it. Mine is still under warranty, so I'm going to take it back.

Hello.....

I suppose you've reloaded the cartridges, at least the "color"?
