Black screen after RAM upgrade

Hello,
I would like to explain my problem. I recently purchased a micro tower computer, the HP 280 G3, equipped with 8 GB of SDRAM DDR4-2400 (1 x 8 GB) with a transfer rate of up to 2400 MT/s.
I wanted to upgrade my RAM to 2 x 16 GB in DDR4 2666MHz, like the original. I bought two Textorm TXU16G2M2666C19 16 GB DDR4 modules. After that, I restarted my computer, the fans are running but there is no display on the screen; it remains black. I then replaced it with the old RAM and updated the BIOS, but still nothing, the screen remains black.
I thought that my computer might not be able to accept that much RAM. After using a command to find out the maximum allowable RAM capacity, here is the result: 33554432 2. So theoretically, it should be able to take two modules of that capacity. But how can I enable, start or adjust that to get it to work?
The command used is as follows: wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity, MemoryDevices
For your information, my motherboard reference is: 834f / serial number: PGHNUOJCYCK2HF.
Thank you in advance for your responses and I am at your disposal for any clarification.
I wish you an excellent evening.

Hello,
indeed your motherboard supports up to 2x16 GB DDR4 2666 MHz (Link)
For your problem, it could come from the non-support of this brand, personally I don't know Textorm and I would have gone for a more reputable brand, like Corsair or the same brand as the original module.
However, you can try putting only one module at a time in different slots, see if that changes anything, try resetting the BIOS once the new modules are installed by removing the BIOS battery for 10/15 seconds, then putting it back and restarting the machine.
