Black screen on PC startup after CPU upgrade

Hello,
I installed a Ryzen 5 3600 on my ASUS TUF B450 PLUS GAMING motherboard; before that, I had a Ryzen 3 2200G with which I of course updated the BIOS before changing it. Now, when I turn on the PC, whether with the Ryzen 5 or the 3, nothing shows up, and the motherboard emits two series of 2 short beeps (4 in total). The lights on my keyboard turn on, so I don't think there's a motherboard defect. I've tried removing and reseating the graphics card, removing and reseating both processors, and I did the same with the RAM, swapping and then putting them back in their original slots, and I've checked all my connections. I even used a metal object on the two pins to reset the CMOS, but still nothing. I don't know what else to do; if anyone has a solution, I thank you in advance.

Hello
Was the PC still functional after the BIOS flash? If so, it can only be a matter of a poor mounting of the processors. It is advisable to get help from someone with the necessary knowledge.

Hello,
A photo of your setup would be welcome.
Which version of the BIOS have you installed? Did the PC start up correctly after the BIOS flashing?
Check the pins on the CPU socket to see if any are bent...
See you later.
