I have a problem with my Epson ET-2811 Ecotank printer. I bought it at the end of August, so it's been less than 3 months, and for some time now, I haven't been able to print, not even to make a copy. I’ve been away, so I couldn’t take care of it. There was an update that didn’t work, and I think it might be because of that. However, I can’t seem to fix the problem or reset it. If anyone has had the same issue or has a solution to help me, that would be awesome! Otherwise, I will take it back to where I bought it since it’s very recent. Obviously, the ink is full, and there’s no paper jam; I have checked everything. I’ve never had a problem like this with a printer. This printer doesn’t have a screen, so everything is done through the app or the computer software, and it has no cables except for the power cable. So there’s no connection between my devices and the printer. I’ve tried with my smartphone, my tablet, and my computer, and it’s the same each time. There are 3 lights permanently on the printer; before, it was just the WiFi light.
I apologize if there are any spelling mistakes; I am dyslexic.

I have a somewhat similar problem. I’ve done 4 or 5 cleanings of the nozzles and it's worked again, but the ink has dried.
Cleaning the nozzles in the software.
