Big Fish Games Are They Worth It?

Hello,

I changed my PC to one with Windows 11. None of the 1052 games purchased previously from Big Fish Games can be downloaded. I only get stupid responses to each of my emails (6). The last one: BFG cannot download games with Windows 11. Are they clueless or what? Can I send a formal notice? But to whom? No contact information in France? If you have any ideas, thanks in advance.

I experienced exactly the same problem as everyone reported on this forum. When asking for help, an employee explained to me that the French Game Manager was no longer supported by Big Fish Company; however, it would still be possible to download the games in French. To do this, you need to uninstall my French Game Manager and install the American Game Manager provided in the explanatory email. It's important to mention that the Game Manager to download from the "Help" section doesn't work either. So I used the link and downloaded the "US Game Manager." The games that weren't working before are now working perfectly. To get the games in French, you need to download them from the address https://www.bigfishgames.com/fr/fr/games. I specify that my computer is over 10 years old and that I have over 1000 games acquired to date. If you download from your Purchase History in the US Game Manager, your games will be in English, but all your games will be there.

Same problem of not accessing the games (about 40) and receiving responses with useless and tedious procedures (US Game manager as well, on their advice, downloading the game purchased from the free trial doesn’t work, etc...): This has been happening since the site administration changed. They continue to sell in France, which is simply theft. Additionally, they have no French-speaking contacts. I have therefore filed a complaint on "https://www.econsumer.gov/?lang=en". Please do the same to prevent these people from enriching themselves shamelessly.
