Hello,
I placed my first order on ioffer on April 2nd and paid by credit card (big mistake) and I sent a message to the seller to ask when they planned to ship the package, no response.. It's been 5 days since I ordered and their store is empty now, I must admit I'm feeling anxious!!!
What can we do?

What can we do?? The answer is NOTHING except for amicable solutions (without much hope for an acceptable resolution).
There are plenty of negative reviews online about this unreliable site... Always do your research before ordering in the merciless jungle of the internet..

I would like to warn online shoppers about the Ioffer website.
I highly discourage you from using this site, which is full of scams.
If you're lucky, you may find honest sellers, but otherwise it's money lost with no recourse.
I'm telling you this from experience, after the 3rd failed order, I won't try my luck on Ioffer again.
Once the payment is made, the seller simply closes their account without any consequences, and we are left facing a computer that spits out incomprehensible responses.
In short... never again Ioffer.

I too have been a victim. 59 euros for football shoes. The seller never sent my order. He communicated several times and then I heard nothing. The offer is unreachable. They are thieves.
This year I placed 8 orders, all 8 arrived correctly within the announced timeframe, even the last one arrived ahead of schedule. I make orders ranging from 3 to 40 euros and have never had any problems, but these are orders placed with frequently rated sellers of often highlighted items, so I am cautious and make purchases by card.
I ordered on this site, I paid for the item via PAYPAL. After 2 days, the site alerted me that the seller is no longer part of the ioffer platform and that I shouldn't make any payments.... too late, the damage is done... Total panic..... I filed a claim with PAYPAL for a refund but it was denied because it is an unauthorized transaction....... Too bad, what a shame. Money lost!

For my part, I placed 3 orders and received all the items within a month. Be sure to read the reviews for each seller before placing any orders.
I have always received all my orders except that this year I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from the same seller, there is no tracking number and he no longer responds to messages. Ordered from this man ghdhsnj555.
I ordered 7 items since August 16 and still haven't received anything. I used the tracking, which costs me an extra euro, and it says they were shipped and that I should receive them between September 20 and 24. I hope they will send them to me.

Unfortunately, I have just fallen victim to this site as well. It was my first time ordering, and unfortunately since February 20, 2016, I placed an order for 2 items, and I have not heard any news to this day. I will never order from this site again; first and last time, very bad experience!!!

In the end, I had to buy them elsewhere, and what really annoys me is that I didn’t get a response to the email I sent to complain.
So, in conclusion, be very wary of this site; it’s not very reliable.
