Hello, I have an Epson ET 2750 printer.
The ink levels are 3/4 full in all colors, but the red does not print. I've checked the nozzles and indeed, it doesn't print on the test.
I initiated a nozzle cleaning, added some ink, did another cleaning, leveled the inks, but on the second test, the red still does not print..
What should I do?
Configuration: Windows / Internet Explorer 11.0

Hello, how did you perform the auto cleaning? I have the same printer with the same issue and it's displaying a flash code to follow, I really didn't understand, thank you in advance.
In the link above, it concerns cartridge printers.Powerful cleaning using the control panel
You can perform a powerful cleaning using your product's control panel.
Note: After performing a powerful cleaning, you must turn off the product and wait at least 12 hours before performing another powerful cleaning.
- Turn off the product.
- Visually check the ink levels and ensure that each ink tank is filled to at least one-third.
Caution:
If you perform a powerful cleaning when ink levels are low, you risk damaging the product.
- Press and hold the
power button and the
help button at the same time until the Powerful cleaning screen appears. - Follow the on-screen instructions to perform a powerful cleaning.
- Once the powerful cleaning is complete, perform a nozzle check.
If print quality does not improve, turn off the product and wait at least 12 hours before performing another powerful cleaning.
If print quality still does not improve after performing several powerful cleanings, contact Epson for support.
