Hello everyone,
Let me explain my situation: I had an Orange livebox in my company (with a specific plan) and recently switched my plan to a business one, which means I received a new Orange livebox.
With the old livebox, everything was working fine, my printer was functioning via Wi-Fi and I had installed it using the CD, etc. Just for your information, my printer is a RICOH Aficio SG3110 SFNw.
Since changing to the new pro box, I can't print. You might tell me that my IP has changed. So, I went through the process again; I tried to reinstall the printer using the CD, making sure to forget the printer in the control panel to start from scratch, but when inserting the CD and trying to install it again, it is undetectable... I tried on all the computers I have at the office. Without deleting the printer from the control panel, it's the same situation, still undetectable. Even when trying to add a printer, it can't find it...
I really need to print from all my computers, this has been going on for several days. I've fiddled, tweaked, tried everything, but I don't understand.
It may seem strange to you, but even when it was working, my printer wasn't displayed in the Wi-Fi icon on the computer, but we could print because it was configured.
If anyone can help me, because it's not so easy from the printer's interface either; there's a whole bunch of things. I reached an interface called IPv4 or IPv6, and I can apparently enter an IP, a subnet mask, etc., but I'm stuck, I don't understand. I tried entering the IP of my livebox and the subnet mask, but that doesn't work either.
I'm at a loss... I'm counting on your help to resolve this issue that is becoming burdensome. Thank you and have a good day.
